Manager, Commercialization

As the Manager, Commercialization, you will be the commercialization expert in your designated product category, leading and guiding a team of specialists to develop and deliver technical specifications and factory competencies to be buy ready and production ready. You will provide insight and recommend sustainable strategies to continuously improve speed, optimize total product cost, support margin, and best utilize supply chain capability and efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Apparel or Textile Design, Technology, Merchandising, or Engineering
• 8+ years' experience in sourcing, design, development, production, or merchandising
• 3+ years' experience in people leadership
• Strong knowledge of apparel construction, material construction and properties, pattern making, costing, bill of materials, embroidery, and surface applications
• Proven skills in problem solving, interpreting design intent and product innovation
• Proven performance history with domestic and offshore vendors and manufacturers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• Ability to travel globally as needed
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong computer skills in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office
