Job Description
The Pattern Making Lead will lead a team of pattern makers in creating technical and complex patterns for Arc’teryx products. The role involves training the team, managing workloads, and ensuring product size and fit consistency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in pattern making
- Minimum 2 years at a senior level with emphasis on technical / innovative apparel and equipment
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent industry training, certification, or related business experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with coaching aptitude
- Extensive knowledge of raw materials, technical construction, and sourcing
