Job Description
As the Regional Manager, you will lead the regional team to bring the Arc'teryx brand to life by building strong communities and delivering seamless consumer experiences across all touchpoints. You will be accountable for regional performance and will drive retail operations to ensure alignment with the brand vision and business strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple stores and leading best-in-class retail operations
- Experience leading retail operations and district management with a strong understanding of the requirements for retail success
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive collaboration toward shared goals
