Job Description
As the Senior Manager, Production, you will lead the manufacturing production team and drive the continuous improvement of production processes to meet and exceed manufacturing KPIs and targets.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Operations/Manufacturing Management
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Ability to set a clear vision and communicate it to the team
- Proven track record for setting up and maintaining an excellent manufacturing environment
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- People leadership, mentorship, and project management skills
