Senior Supply Planner

The Senior Supply Planner will play a key role in the future growth and evolution of the department by developing and evaluating finished goods capacity and production plans within the tier 1 supplier network. The role will manage a supply planning portfolio of complex tier 1 vendors with a high degree of supply chain expertise, leveraging experience to ensure profitable, reliable, sustainable delivery of supply to business requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Supply Planning or an equivalent Supply Chain position, preferably in the apparel or consumer goods industry
• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain and/or relevant certification
• Expert knowledge of supply chain management, capacity and production planning, global distribution network planning, and project management practices
• Proficient user of Excel and experience with ERP systems, preferably in SAP
• Experience with o9 or a similar advanced planning system
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated analytical capabilities and business savvy
• Advanced analytical skills to investigate, troubleshoot, audit, and/or resolve complex issues in scenarios with uncertainty and ambiguity
• Strong time management skills, work well with deadlines, and under pressure, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a people-facing role
• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable when faced with competing priorities, and to effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
