We're looking for a Community Manager to own and grow our customer community, building real relationships with customers and helping them learn from each other. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in community marketing or growth roles, with a proven track record and a taste for crafting content and sharing publicly.
Requirements
- Identify interesting use cases, patterns, and behaviors emerging from the community
- Turn insights into stories, examples, posts, or lightweight content others can learn from
- Plan and run community programs and events, both virtual and in-person
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with customers across community spaces
- Manage multiple projects at once and adjust quickly when priorities change
- Have a strong written communication and a clear, human tone
- Have a good judgment in public spaces, including how and when to step in
