Research Associate

We are looking to hire a full-time Research Associate to support Arcadia's scientific growth. The Research Associate will join a team supporting laboratory operations, materials management, and shared infrastructure to ensure efficient, organized, and reproducible experimental workflows.

Requirements

• 1+ years full-time of experience in lab setting
• Knowledge of general facilities maintenance methods and safety precautions
• Ability to work effectively as a collaborative team member in a fast-paced laboratory environment
• Experience maintaining detailed experimental records and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to identify sources of experimental variability and improve workflow consistency
• Hands on experience with at least one of the following: Fluorescence microscopy, Protein purification, Molecular cloning, Laboratory automation, Cell culture
