A high-growth fintech company is hiring an Engineering Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead the reliability and platform function behind a modern digital banking product used by thousands of businesses. Strong growth, strong product, and a genuine leadership seat with impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years leading engineering teams
- 7+ years in SRE, DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong hands-on AWS cloud infrastructure experience
- Deep Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, and production operations background
- Proven success scaling systems and improving reliability in production environments
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Executive presence with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Startup mindset with ability to operate in fast-moving environments
- Fintech, SaaS, or regulated industry experience is a plus
