Job Description
Founding Engineer for a fast-moving startup in the healthcare technology space, responsible for building core product features, internal tools, and workflow improvements. Significant ownership and opportunity to directly shape product direction and technical architecture.
Requirements
- Experience at an early-stage startup or a strong desire to be part of one
- Proven ability to ship features end-to-end in production
- Strong full-stack development skills (React/TypeScript + Python preferred)
- Interest or experience working with LLMs and improving workflows with AI
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to make high-quality trade-offs
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a bias toward action
