Requirements

• 5+ years of backend experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with scraping, async jobs, queues, and third-party APIs
• Proven background working with LLMs (prompting, agents, evals, guardrails, fallbacks)
• Strong systems-thinking mindset—focus on correctness, cost, scaling, and reliability
• Builder mentality: you move fast, measure impact, and iterate with precision
• Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment with direct communication
