Job Description
We are expanding our Cloud Operations team with a seasoned AWS Cloud Administrator to help support mission-critical workloads for our growing client base. As an AWS Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for the operational management, availability, and performance of customer workloads on Amazon Web Services.
Requirements
- Maintain, support, and optimize AWS compute environments (EC2, Auto Scaling, Elastic Load Balancing).
- Manage cloud resources, backups, patching, and disaster recovery configurations.
- Support AWS networking and hybrid connectivity (VPC, TGW, VPN, Direct Connect).
- Administer AWS security services and policies (IAM, KMS, Security Groups, GuardDuty).
- Deploy automation for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS Systems Manager.
- Monitor performance and respond to alerts through Arcadion’s NOC/SOC platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and act as L2/L3 escalation on cloud workloads.
- Participate in client onboarding assessments, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure governance alignment with Well-Architected best practices and CIS/NIST cybersecurity frameworks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Arcadion's AWS Managed Services delivery playbooks.
