Associate MEP Cost Consultant - Data Centres (UK)

Play a key role delivering tech sector mega-projects, analyzing and reviewing data to provide advice and recommendations on cost and commercial management, and working closely with external stakeholders to build client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• Previous experience in a similar CSA Cost & Commercial role
• In depth technical knowledge, including construction processes and cost & commercial management
• Experience of leading smaller projects and supporting on larger more complex projects
• Experience completing commercial analysis and insights
• Experience working closely with external stakeholders to build client relationships
• Experience managing business relationships and supporting with middle management level activities
