BIM Coordinator

The role applies technical engineering skills in a BIM environment for large projects, leading teams in model and drawing production while coordinating with managers and discipline leads. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements, managing coordination and clash resolution, supporting BIM Execution Plans, and assisting in multi‐discipline BIM delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent, with BIM-related technical certification.
• At least 8 years of experience using BIM software on multi-discipline projects, preferably in a design consulting firm.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Overseas project experience and ability to quickly adapt to diverse drawing standards.
• Strong systematic and methodological approach with proven ability to manage complex BIM projects.
