BIM Manager - Civil (Revit)

We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for BIM Manager to work on our projects in Bangalore/Noida/Hyderabad/Mumbai. The role is responsible for developing BIM strategy, overseeing all BIM work on select projects, and responsible for BIM quality on all projects, while working closely with BIM Leadership on the development of pilot projects.

Requirements

• Developing BIM strategy and overseeing all BIM work on select projects
• Responsible for BIM quality on all projects
• Developing and supervising project staff and processes related to the implementation of BIM for project controls
• Establishing and handling Client Relationships
• Creating opportunities to implement new digital approaches on our Projects
• Implementing Procedures and accountability in achieving 100% Quality
• Handling and Resolving issues regarding resources/scope/budget
• Developing team training plans and making a major contribution to upskilling and training to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Managing a team of BIM Modellers
• Establishing a strong working relationship with UK
