Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a BIM Modeller to assist the Senior BIM Technician in delivering allocated projects on time and to scope. The role involves managing drawing work, leading a team, and supporting the adoption of emerging technologies associated with Civil3D.
Requirements
- Reporting to the Senior BIM Technician and providing daily project status updates.
- Coordinating drawing documentation with other disciplines and ensuring models are correctly linked.
- Identifying and notifying engineers of design errors or clashes during drawing production.
- Assisting with drawing set-up, including sheet layouts, X-references, and title-sheet information.
- Managing drawing/model data, ensuring Arcadis standards are followed and the latest versions are used.
- Performing quality checks on Civil3D models and drawings prior to submission, including preparing DWG/PDF files.
- Supporting workflow oversight, directing Production Technical Assistants, and complying with Arcadis systems and Health & Safety guidelines.
