Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join our well-established Education Building Surveying team. The role offers a diverse and varied workload, often requiring you to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Confidence in direct client engagement is essential.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
- Ideally MRICS qualified, or actively working towards chartership
- Strong technical skills and experience across multiple disciplines
- Broad, strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Skilled at managing project risk and maintaining high quality standards
- Flexible and able to meet tight deadlines
- Good understanding of the challenges faced by education clients
- Knowledgeable in technical, legislative, and commercial aspects of building surveying
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, enabling strong client partnerships
