The (Junior) Casemanager Absence serves as the director of the re-integration process within Arcadis, coordinating and facilitating the absence process, advising and guiding the manager and employee in the Poortwachter process, and monitoring developments, patterns, and trends in absence.
Requirements
- HBO/WO diploma in HR, Business Administration, Labor Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- Registration as a casemanager is a plus. (or willingness to follow training)
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in the field of sickness absence policy, reintegration or HR
