Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a mid-level Construction Inspector to join our Resilience Water Construction Management Team in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves observing and inspecting construction work, conducting punch list inspections, and preparing detailed daily activity and progress reports. The candidate will also review submittals and other construction documents, monitor code compliance matters, and assist in negotiating basic field construction changes.
Requirements
- 5 – 8 years of construction inspection experience on water/wastewater related facilities
- Experience in either one or multiple trades: civil/site, concrete, structural, mechanical, process equipment, HVAC, electrical and/or instrumentation
- NICET certification is a big plus
- OSHA 10 Safety and Confined Space Entry Training
- Continuing Education Diploma or Certification in Construction related area, Associates Degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction, a related field of study or area preferred
