Environmental Regulatory Compliance Professional

We are seeking an Environmental Regulatory Compliance Professional to join our Sustainable Operations team in our Novi, MI office. This role will consist of performing environmental compliance assessments, conducting field work and office work, and preparing reports. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental regulatory compliance and will be able to apply their knowledge to assess and address environmental compliance needs related to solid waste, hazardous waste, and state environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science or Environmental Regulatory Compliance discipline or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in manufacturing or the professional services / consulting business
• Knowledge of federal and state solid waste and hazardous waste management, storm water, industrial water, and environmental permits for manufacturing
• Detail oriented, with strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel for project assignments
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a broad range of professionals – Engineers, Manufacturing Plant Personnel, General Contractors
• Familiarity and experience working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
