Requirements

• Graduating in 2026 or having recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering
• A strong interest in engineering design, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability, and digital innovation
• Well-developed Arcadian capabilities, including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, a growth mindset, and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
