Requirements

• Graduating in 2026 or having recently completed a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Strong interest in engineering design, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability, and digital innovation
• Well-developed Arcadian capabilities, including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, a growth mindset, and effective working relationships
• Innovative thinking, self-motivation, and a genuine commitment to taking ownership of your career development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
