Arcadis is seeking a Junior Civil Project Leader to join their Urban Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing the management of projects from initiation to completion. The role involves working on a variety of civil projects, including urban development, reconstructions, and expansions, and requires a strong understanding of civil engineering and contract forms. The team is based in Zwolle and Assen, Netherlands, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level
• Civil engineering or comparable education
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
• Knowledge of various contract forms
• Client-oriented and proactive
• Practical approach and problem-solving skills
• Prepared to work occasionally at different locations/offices in the Netherlands
