As Lead Engineer High Voltage at Arcadis, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects for high-voltage networks, stations, and renovations, ensuring quality, managing risks, and maintaining customer relationships. You will lead multidisciplinary design teams and be the technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO education in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable field, preferably with a specialization in high-voltage systems.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as an engineer in high-voltage projects, of which part in a leadership or coordinating role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of high-voltage components, station design, cable routing, and relevant standards.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and connect between disciplines and external parties.
