Ontwerpleider Nature Based Solutions

We are looking for a Team Lead for Nature Based Solutions to work with colleagues from the Advisory Group Region and project teams to develop and deliver high-impact projects for climate-resilient area design, robust river valley creation, and using 'nature-based' solutions to restore and expand wetland areas. The role involves coordinating and realizing technical designs for integrated projects, translating client wishes into technical designs, and monitoring quality, planning, and budget throughout the entire design process.

Requirements

• Work well in a team, take initiative, and be strong in planning and organization.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a designer, supported by a completed MBO or HBO education in spatial planning, environment, civil engineering, nature, water, or landscape.
• Have affinity or experience with contract management of RAW specifications and UAV-GC contracts.
• Have extensive knowledge and experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Have excellent Dutch language skills, both verbally and in writing, and also speak and write sufficient English and/or German.
