Principal Structural Engineer

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to lead the design and coordination of structures on a range of projects. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in leading structural aspects of projects, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Relevant degree
• Professional qualification as chartered member of the IStructE or the ICE
• Existing SC clearance or eligibility to achieve SC security clearance
• Strong technical ability and deep knowledge of structural principles
• Familiarity with commonly used structural materials and analysis and design programs
• Excellent communication skills and experience in preparation of technical reports
• Attention to detail and acumen when reviewing the work of others
• Interest in sustainable solutions and commitment to sustainable outcomes
• Ability to successfully manage teams and resources on projects
• Willingness to share knowledge and mentor others
