As a Risk Manager at Arcadis, you will lead the delivery of risk management capability across major projects or portfolios, with a strong emphasis on QSRA / QCRA work. You will work closely with project teams to implement effective risk management processes and procedures into their projects, develop and deliver risk management consultancy services to clients, and act as a technical expert within the Resilience team.
Requirements
- Experience in developing and improving risk management services and capabilities
- Experience in regulated environments, with a particular focus on Energy
- Experience in the application of Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) techniques and tools
- Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management tools
- Understanding of construction contracts and the relationship between risk management and controls/management functions
- Evidence of previous experience in definition and delivery of risk management plans within projects
- Strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Collaborative working style and consulting behaviours
- A logical approach and ability to think through complex issues to co-ordinate multi-faceted aspects of projects
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
