Job Description
This role is for a Senior BIM Modeller - Mechanical (Pipeline) to operate within a single discipline with little supervision, supporting model delivery and compliance with project and company standards. May lead a small team in BIM modelling and drawing production for single discipline under the supervision of BIM Coordinator.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or Equivalent Courses / Technical Certification relating to BIM
- 4 years of experience working with relevant BIM Softwares on BIM projects
- Job experience in design consulting firm is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Application (word, excel, outlook)
- Communicates effectively both orally and in writing
- Has a systematic and methodological approach
- Can quickly adopt to drawing standards
