We are looking for a Senior CSA Project Manager to support data center construction projects. The role involves leading project development, advising clients, managing permitting processes, and overseeing project management throughout all phases.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture (Technical University) with solid qualifications in project development
- Several years of professional experience in planning and executing industrial or commercial building projects, ideally related to data centers or other high-tech facilities
- Excellent knowledge of HOAI, VOB, relevant standards, and building regulations
- Proficient in CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a confident demeanor in dealing with clients and authorities
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of initiative
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
