We are seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead the planning, management, and delivery of complex data center and high-tech projects. The successful candidate will have experience in managing building and infrastructure projects, strong expertise in MEP systems, and excellent diplomatic skills.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Real Estate Management, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 6 years of project management experience with substantial responsibility as a project-leading architect or construction engineer.
- Proven track record in delivering complex national and international industrial construction projects.
- Strong expertise in MEP systems and their critical role in ensuring project efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
- Exceptional diplomatic skills and a professional demeanor with the ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Independent, goal-oriented working style combined with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to oversee and coordinate complex design and execution processes.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
