Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our Resilience Water team in Syracuse, NY. As a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer, you will apply your expertise and technical knowledge of water and wastewater evaluations, design, and construction to serve as a Lead Technical Designer, Task Manager, and/or Project Manager on projects in Upstate NY.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field of study
- 10 years of progressively responsible experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer in New York State
- Strong staff development and supervision skills including the ability to mentor junior-level staff
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong client relationship skills including experience in preparing and developing proposals, managing client expectations, and delivering engineering projects that meet or exceed client needs
