Site Supervisor

Arcadis is seeking a Site Supervisor to support the Construction Phase Services (CPS) - Site Lead for the Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations (PTUS) project. The Site Lead will play a key role in observing, documenting, and verifying that construction activities are performed in accordance with the Issued For Construction (IFC) drawings, specifications, and design intent.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Construction Engineering Technology
• 3–6 years of relevant inspection or field engineering experience on heavy civil infrastructure projects
• PEO registration would be an asset but not a requirement
• Working knowledge of CSA OPSS and relevant municipal and provincial standards
• Familiarity with design review and ESDC processes in a consulting engineering environment
• Strong technical understanding of reinforced concrete structures excavation support systems and underground utilities
• Excellent documentation reporting and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced large-scale project environment
• Strong ability to multi-task under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining keen attention to detail
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to utilize MS Word Excel tracking software with a valid G license required
