Job Description
As a Team Leader/Construction Project Manager, you will lead a team of 10-15 colleagues and manage multidisciplinary projects for the Building Design & Engineering (BD&E) advisory group. You will be responsible for shaping your role, creating an inspiring work environment, and contributing to the sustainability strategy of Arcadis.
Requirements
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction project manager
- Experience in a leadership role is a plus
- Good communication skills and a good network
- Able to manage a variety of personalities
- Willing and able to travel and work throughout the Netherlands
- Good command of Dutch and English
