Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Automation, Metallurgical and Materials or similar field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a progressive leadership role
• Background in steel mill processes and products, knowledge of cold rolling and hot dip galvanizing process and technology
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively work cross-functionally with various groups
• Ability to develop and deliver technical presentations at senior management level
• Intermediate to proficient in MS Office products
