The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a technical or industrial environment, and a college diploma in electromechanical, mechanical, or relevant fields.

Requirements

• Significant experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a technical or industrial environment
• Hold a college diploma in electromechanical, mechanical, or relevant fields
• Master equipment production technologies and specifications
• Know methods of production management, planning, and control, as well as material management
• Effectively manage time and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Plan, analyze, and organize processes to optimize them
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, natural leadership, and ability to work independently
• Be available to work 12-hour shifts in rotation, day and night
• Master computer tools, including SAP and Microsoft Office suite
• Prioritize health and safety, promoting good practices by integrating ArcelorMittal's 10 Golden Rules daily
