Engineer - Electrical Reliability HSM

ArcelorMittal Calvert is seeking an Engineer - Electrical Reliability HSM to provide engineering support through reliability processes and function within the highly automated business units. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science Degree in an Electrical Engineering Discipline and 5 years' minimum engineering experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in an Electrical Engineering Discipline
• Proficient in RCM Practices (Reliability Centered Maintenance)
• Able to perform data analysis on equipment performance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
• 5 years' minimum engineering experience
• Proficiency in writing technical proposals and communications at multiple levels of the organization
• Familiarity with RCFA, Cause Mapping, Kaizen problem solving methodologies
• Proficiency in data collection and ability to present data in reports
