Engineer Process Technology RCM NOES

We are seeking an Engineer Process Technology RCM NOES to join our team at ArcelorMittal Calvert. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 3+ years of rolling mill technology experience, and 5+ years of industrial experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing technology and leading major projects to improve product performance, efficiency, and costs in the automated Non-grain Oriented Electrical Steel (NOES) plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field
• 3+ years rolling mill technology
• 5+ years of industrial experience
• Demonstrated understanding of control systems, instrumentation, process models (Process Management fundamentals)
• Experience in NOES – Non-Oriented Electrical Steels product and reversing cold mill (RCM)
• Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of mass flow in the cold rolling process
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to develop and deliver technical presentations to senior management
