Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ESG Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support our Sustainable Development team with the implementation and management of ESG regulatory reporting processes across the organization.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in ESG Reporting, Sustainability Consulting, Compliance, Data Management, or a similar ESG-related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt to new requirements
- Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization
- Ability to escalate issues promptly and appropriately
- Prior experience working with sustainability or ESG data (essential)
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of internal controls for data governance (nice to have)
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across functions and geographies
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required
- Additional languages such as French, German, Portuguese, Mandarin, Russian, or Hindi are an advantage
