Gestionnaire de Catégorie CAPEX

Support the procurement team by optimizing processes to enhance operational performance as a CAPEX Category Manager. This role involves planning, executing, and governing a portfolio of strategic and normative projects, with a focus on operational continuity, asset reliability, regulatory compliance, and technological improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a comparable position
• Project management expertise in engineering and immovable property projects
• In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment/Capital Goods
• Mastery of CAPEX financial analysis (ROI, TCO, NPV)
• Excellent understanding of operational processes and industrial risks
• Ability to prepare structured files for approval instances (IAC)
• Influence leadership, persuasive communication, and technical credibility
• High rigor, analytical capacity, and strategic decision-making
• Simultaneous management of complex and multi-site projects
• Prioritize health and safety by promoting good practices and integrating the 10 ArcelorMittal Golden Rules daily
• Ability to manage high-pressure issues and critical deadlines
