Support the procurement team by optimizing processes to enhance operational performance as a CAPEX Category Manager. This role involves planning, executing, and governing a portfolio of strategic and normative projects, with a focus on operational continuity, asset reliability, regulatory compliance, and technological improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a comparable position
- Project management expertise in engineering and immovable property projects
- In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment/Capital Goods
- Mastery of CAPEX financial analysis (ROI, TCO, NPV)
- Excellent understanding of operational processes and industrial risks
- Ability to prepare structured files for approval instances (IAC)
- Influence leadership, persuasive communication, and technical credibility
- High rigor, analytical capacity, and strategic decision-making
- Simultaneous management of complex and multi-site projects
- Prioritize health and safety by promoting good practices and integrating the 10 ArcelorMittal Golden Rules daily
- Ability to manage high-pressure issues and critical deadlines
