The I&E Technician performs a variety of plant and equipment maintenance to ensure effective and efficient operation of the plant. This person will need to have the ability to work in a team setting or independently on projects that will ensure the division reaches their goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance
- Electrical safety/NFPA 70E Knowledge
- Motors, PLC, Drives Experience
- Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge
- Experience with MP2, Ross, AS400 and IFS or similar CMMS
- Thorough understanding of electrical engineering principles
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC)
- Experience performing basic maintenance repairs on electrical, PLC, and HVAC
- Experience with the maintenance and repair of conduit, fixtures, and production equipment
- Knowledgeable with 480, 277, 220, and 110 volt circuits and VFD
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics and process flow diagrams
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing
