Job Description
ArcelorMittal is seeking a Product Development Manager – Press Hardening Steel to join its Global R&D team. As a key contributor, you will pilot projects, develop products, and interact with customers to shape the future of steel for Automotive. The role involves management of new product development, technical analysis, and coordination with different labs and plants.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Materials Science or related field
- First experience as a materials engineer in an R&D environment
- Expertise in Steel properties, processing, and automotive industry is an advantage
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of projects with efficiency and focus
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Open to travel
