This SAP HCM Expert role focuses on translating business requirements into system specifications, managing change, resolving issues, managing system upgrades, and supporting strategic HR IT initiatives. They will work with both internal and external partners to ensure smooth SAP implementation and optimal HR processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a functional analyst for SAP HCM PA, OM, Time Management modules and ESSMSS Fiori
- In-depth Payroll process knowledge is a prerequisite (any market but Luxembourg payroll will be a better fit)
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions per business requirements
- Ability to analyze extensive and complex data, information, processes and system solutions
- Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle
- Expertise in integrating SAP HR with external systems
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology or related field
- Proficient in English and French (written & oral)
