Senior Legal Counsel - Legal Affairs

ArcelorMittal is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for its France – Commercial Law, Litigation, M&A and Corporate Law team. The role involves providing legal support to the France legal team across all areas of business law, including contracts, industrial and commercial partnerships, joint ventures, restructurings, and operations.

Requirements

• At least 8 years' experience in an international law firm and/or company, covering a broad range of commercial and corporate law matters.
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is essential.
• Master's degree (or equivalent) in law from a French university.
• Experience at the Bar or Bar membership in France is a plus.
