AVP, Business Solutions (REMOTE)

Reporting to VP, Business Solutions Lead this role is responsible for supporting the optimization operations, underwriting and technology across the customer/employee journey.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the development of large scale commercial and specialty Underwriting Systems
• Experience in Entity/Account Management solutions and transformations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to convey complex, technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience documenting strategic requirements and identifying opportunities to improve customer and employee journeys
