The Assistant Vice President of Arch MMS is responsible for technical underwriting and account management of Middle Market Property and Casualty programs, targeting the Hospitality, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Financial Institutions industries.

Requirements

• Underwrite, maintain, and grow a profitable book of Property and Casualty business
• Evaluate and prioritize submissions, analyze exposures and coverage requests
• Determine pricing and negotiate program offering, manage all post bind activities
• Negotiate and place facultative reinsurance
• Develop and maintain relationships with retail brokers and insureds
• Collaborate with internal team members to deliver excellent service to brokers and clients
