Director, Multi Line Risk Engineer

The Director, Multi Line Risk Engineer is responsible for conducting Middle Market field surveys and providing service support, with a focus on detailed assessment of operations, exposures, and control adequacy to protect the company's future and ensure profitability through timely delivery of industry-leading safety and risk management solutions.

Requirements

• Competency with NFPA, OSHA, and DOT standards.
• Competency with Microsoft suite tools and applications.
• Good communication skills for working with underwriters, policyholders, and brokers.
• Solid time management skills.
• Experience with ergonomics, life safety and prem ops exposures.
• Ability to evaluate sprinkler system adequacy and calculate loss expectancies.
• Strong consultative skills and the ability to complete detailed reports and assist clients with recommendation compliance.
