Senior Claims Examiner, Casualty

Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Claims Examiner, Casualty to manage commercial claims for high severity, complex general liability, and auto accounts. Ideal candidates will bring strong negotiation skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering service-oriented solutions in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Requirements

• Identify and assess coverage issues, draft coverage position letters, and retain coverage counsel, when necessary
• Develop and implement strategy relative to coverage issues
• Develop and implement timely and accurate resolution strategies to ensure mitigation of indemnity and expense exposures
• Investigate claims and review the insureds' materials, pleadings, and other relevant documents
• Analyze and direct risk transfer, additional insured issues, and contractual indemnity issues
• Retain counsel when necessary and direct counsel in accordance with resolution strategy
