Requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Clarity, Jira)
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI/PMBOK)
- Experience in delivery Digital insurance solutions
- Strong budget and resource management
- Risk management and issue resolution
- Leadership and Soft Skills
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- PROSCI or similar Change Management certification
- Experience: 5+ years of experience delivering large, complex, and holistic projects/transformations, including at least 3 years within the insurance industry
