Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Underwriter to join our Professional Liability team in London, UK. The role requires an experienced underwriter with expertise in the London Market to support the Line of Business Head in marketing, underwriting, and servicing of business.
Requirements
- Assessment of suitability of risks (renewals and new business)
- Pricing exposures in accordance with approved rating model
- Maintenance of ongoing liaison with producers to obtain supplemental underwriting information
- Oversee risks through the life-cycle of a policy
- Implement ceded reinsurance actions in accordance with Arch Insurance and business unit guidelines
- Support LOB Head in development and implementation of business planning, data analysis, management and Lloyd’s reporting
