Job Description
We are looking for a Care Assistant / Support Worker to provide meaningful, person-centred support to young adults with neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries and learning disabilities in the Crawley area. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support tailored to individual needs, encourage independence and help build confidence in everyday tasks.
