Job Description
The Director of Formation & Evangelization leads the parish's mission of lifelong formation, ensuring parishioners encounter Jesus Christ and grow as disciples sent to preach the Gospel through word, witness, and service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree in theology, pastoral ministry, faith formation, or related field welcomed
- 3-6 years parish ministry experience, particularly in lifelong formation, faith formation, or evangelization
- Archdiocesan catechist certification required and preferred experience leading faith formation programs
